- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, backhoes, excavators and bulldozers to complete construction and excavation tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Strong understanding of safety practices related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor when necessary.
