**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet production goals.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Utilize SAP systems for tracking production metrics and reporting on performance.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills in production
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and accountability among staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a Collision repair shop.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean Repairing principles.
- Proficiency in Estimating and Mitchell repair center systems is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience in quality control processes and standards within a production setting.
- Ability to fabricate and assemble products as needed, ensuring high-quality output.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement within the team.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
