Sales and On-field Marketing Specialist

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market trends, and product performance.

On-Field Marketing:

- Execute field marketing campaigns and promotions at events, retail locations, and high-traffic areas.
- Distribute marketing materials, samples, and promotional items.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, pop-up events, and product launches.
- Gather consumer insights and feedback from the field to inform future marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of field campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or field marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to travel locally as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must Have work experience in Hospitality

Pay: From $2,550.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
