**Responsibilities**:

- The process of Set-up ( Fixturing)
- Reading Prints/ Blue prints and Job Travelers
- Able to follow written and oral instructions
- Able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.
- Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and must be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for the purpose of calculating material fabrication, Compute numbers, widths, and angles of cutting tools, micrometers, scales, and gauges, and adjust tools to produce specified cuts.
- Use of Measurement tools, Micrometers, Microscopes, Shadow Graphs, and verify the dimensions are within tolerances.

-  Possess Stamina
- Maintain production or processing equipment.
- Attention to Detail
- Possess recognition (once trained) of when to Dress grinding wheels, and according to specifications.
- Wash and Package products for storage or shipment.

**Requirements**:
Grade 12 or equivalent

Vocational schools, technical colleges, or community college programs a Plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
