**About Us**
A group of publicly listed companies is seeking a **Securities Paralegal / Executive Assistant** to join our small professional team in downtown Vancouver. The role offers a mix of **corporate governance, securities compliance, and executive support** across multiple public companies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and file **regulatory and continuous disclosure documents** (SEDAR+, SEDI, etc.).
- Support **corporate and securities law matters** (stock options, AGM materials, private placements).
- Assist with resolutions, and minutes from board meetings.
- Draft, edit, and manage **legal and corporate documents** (Word, Excel, Adobe).
- Assist with **billings, expense reports, and document execution**.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Qualifications**_
- _**Must be able to work onsite in downtown Vancouver four days per week.**_
- Minimum _**1 year of experience**_ _in _**securities law**_ _at a _**law firm or public company**_._
- _Strong skills in _**MS Word, Excel, Outlook**_; SEDAR+/SEDI experience preferred._
- _Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills._
- _Fluent in written and spoken English_

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
