Wildlife Technician

Responsibilities:
- Conduct wildlife removal services
- Inspect properties to identify wildlife entry points and damage
- Set up traps and safely capture wildlife
- Remove wildlife from properties using safe and humane techniques
- Seal entry points to prevent future wildlife re-entry
- Provide recommendations to property owners on preventing wildlife issues
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
**Experience**:
- G class drivers liscense required
- Previous experience in wildlife removal or related field preferred but not required
- Working at heights certification prefered but not required
- Familiarity with sales techniques for upselling additional services
- Ability to operate hand tools, and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Please note that this job may require working in various weather conditions and potentially encountering dangerous or aggressive wildlife. Proper training and safety equipment will be provided.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
