**Responsibilities**: There are 2 seasons to the job to make this a full-time, permanent position.
**From January to November**: Lawn Care Technician
Work from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to around 4:00 pm. Saturdays are mandatory in the high season (May, June, September, October).
Applications of products such as fertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government-approved.
Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn.
Maintain expected production schedules.
Completion of paperwork with accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment.
Maintain a professional personal appearance.
**From November to January**: Marketing and Promotions
Work from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays as required by the Branch Managers.
Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to travel to different residential neighborhoods this season.
Conduct outdoor lead generation by making a short introduction of Weed Man services to homeowners.
No selling is involved; simply ask whether the customers might be interested in getting a free lawn care quote from us.
If the customer agrees and signs the authorization form for us to contact them for the quote, that is considered a lead
The customers do not have to pay for anything at the door.
**Qualifications and Experience Requirements**:
Strong communication (verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to lift around 40-50 pounds frequently.
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
B.C. - Must have a Class 5 or 7 / Class N Driver’s license in good standing.
Must be available to work on Saturday in the peak months of May, June, September, and October
