**Duties**:
- Manage daily workflow which includes occasionally assisting stylists to maintain hair station cleanliness/ hygienic procedures and ensure all safety standards are met when salon is busy
- Scheduling/Confirming appointments while paying attention to staff schedules, treatment room use and service time allotment
- Process client payments with accuracy; comfortable with opening and closing duties.
- Receiving weekly inventory for retail and professional use
- Promoting after-care products for hair care services
General office maintenance and duties (filing, scanning, paperwork, office repairs)
**Experience Requirements**:
- 1+ years experience as a receptionist
- Outstanding English
- written & spoken. Strong confident phone voice with warmth and charisma
- Experience with Milano preferred, Google Docs (training provided)
- Ability to provide 5-star service and ensure each client has a positive experience
- Must be punctual and have excellent attendance, be organized and reliable
- Maintain a tactful, friendly manner and be a self-starter who takes initiative
- Must have strong communication/ active listening skills with ability to multi-task between phone conversations, greeting clients and computer work
- Excellent problem solver & attention to detail. Mature and ability to diffuse a tense situation into a lasting, positive impression
- Passionate about beauty industry and have a well-groomed and professional appearance
**Job Type**: Part-time / Full-time
