- **POSITION TYPE**:Full-Time Position Available
- **SALARY**: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum
- **POSITION LOCATION**: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)
- **DUTIES**
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Projects and Technical Services within the Facility Management department, the CAD/Revit Technician is responsible for updating and maintaining CAD/ Revit drawings for all Red River College Polytechnic campuses. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing CAD and REVIT based drawings for project drawings and construction drawings in coordination with other members of the project team.
- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- CAD/Revit Diploma from a recognized program; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
- Proficient in preparing detailed working drawings, sketches, plans and electronic correspondence in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Federal, Provincial and Municipal codes, regulations and bylaws
- Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge and ability to export DWF, DWG and PDF formats from BIM
- Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to take instruction, work independently or in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement

**ASSET QUALIFICATIONS**
- LEED Certificate
- Certified as CTech

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- This position may be required to work overtime
- This position may be required to travel
- May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses
- Incumbent must provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Records Check
- Incumbent must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- RRC Polytech campuses are located on the lands of the Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anishininwak, Dakota Oyate, and Denésuline, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
