- This is a Full-time, Hourly position.

**About The Order Picker**:
As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for picking Job Orders in a timely fashion and help serve Production through the Picking Window for anything they might need.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pull parts as directed and coordinate with Picking Lead for jobs released to Production.
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked and organized on shelves in the stockroom.
- Restock parts efficiently and maintain stockroom documents as required.
- Use handheld tablet when picking parts, to ensure accuracy of the item picked.
- Communicate material issues to Inventory Specialist.
- Perform transactions, post material in System as required.
- Organize material and store material neatly.
- Perform cycle counts as need.
- Help to serve Production at the Window when required.
- Other duties as required.
- Able to lift up to 35lbs; may work in hot areas 5%, noise 0%.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.

**Attributes, Skills and Knowledge**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 1 years of experience in stockroom, warehouse
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to prioritize and follow procedures
- Physical requirements: Able to lift and move up to 35lbs, frequent walking and standing for long periods, bending and reaching
- A clear background check for criminal and/or credit is required

**This is a day shift position based in Mississauga, ON: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm**
