We are a company with over 69 years in the sporting goods industry. Located in the same location in Saskatoon for those 69 years Al Anderson’s is widely known for its excellence in service and selection.

Our Team Sales Department has been a great addition to our company, specialising in custom team uniforms and apparel, custom cresting, and associated equipment. **Team Sales Department**:
Requires Team Sales Operations Associate. Great opportunity in a fun team based work environment. Previous experience with inventory management, or sporting goods industry is an assent but not necessary, we will train all necessary skills needed to be successful in the industry. A good work ethic, personal motivation, attention to detail and a positive team attitude are essential.

**Job Title: Team Sales Operations Associate**

**Reports To: Team Sales Manager**

**Summary of Position**:
Reporting to the Team Sales Manager, the purpose of the Team Sales Operations Associate position is to maintain all in stock products, provide warehouse management, support online transactions, marketing and social media initiatives and support all aspects of team sales from production, shipping & receiving and customer service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, manage and organise all school equipment stock products.
- Pick, pack and ship all school orders.
- Help maintain Al Anderson’s Source for Sports website.
- Assist in promotional strategies, catalog development, product content and marketing initiatives.
- Run Social Media channel with help from Marketing.
- Creative content creation.
- Manage all school product displays with support from Customer Service Staff.
- Offer support for sales staff with help in logistics sorting and “boots on the ground” for any work needed for the Team Sales division.
- Assist and back up receiving for all Team Sales shipments.
- Maintain, manage and organize all Team Sales Samples.
- Have a good understanding and working capability of all store computer systems.
- Reception support and Customer Service when needed.
- Logistics: Using our company van to transport orders around the city.

- Physically fit (able to lift heavy boxes when required)

- Valid drivers licence (class 5) with good driving record
- Motivated and Confident

- Exceptional Organisational skills & Basic sports knowledge

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
