**Position Overview**:
As a **Chiropractor,**you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal and pain conditions. You will use hands-on techniques such as spinal adjustments, manual therapies, and other holistic modalities to alleviate pain, restore movement, and promote overall wellness. In addition to providing direct care, you’ll educate patients on injury prevention, lifestyle adjustments, and pain remedies. You will work both independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care that enhances quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Patient Care**: Provide excellent patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide range of physical and musculoskeletal conditions.

**2. Medical Examinations**: Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.

**3. Treatment Management**: Provide adjustments, and other chiropractic techniques to manage musculoskeletal conditions and additional physical injuries.

**4. Patient Education**:Educate patients on injury prevention, health, and preventative care strategies.

**5. Patient Record & Documentation**: Keep accurate and up-to-date of current and new patient records of progress and treatments.

**6. Collaboration**: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**7. Business Development**:Build and maintain strong relationships with referring professionals. Actively collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, while appropriately referring patients to colleagues when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
- Registered and licensed with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario - CCO.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication skills and a true passion for helping patients achieve their best physical health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Solid understanding of healthcare administration, regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in effectively communicating with patients, understanding their concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.
- Strong focus on detail and precision, especially when handling patient information and medical reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using EMR systems, Netcare, and other clinic software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
- Key competencies include adaptability, problem-solving, team collaboration, and patient-care.

**Working Conditions**:

- The **Chiropractor** will work primarily in an office/clinic environment at **our Hamilton** location.
- Standard work hours (Monday to Friday), with flexibility for evenings and/or weekends to accommodate clinic needs.
