Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will assist with the general maintenance of community buildings and community greenspaces for the entire property and fulfill the company's responsibilities to its residents at Sandycove Acres.

**What you will be doing**:

- Performs tasks related to the upkeep of commercial and recreational buildings.

- Grounds maintenance and landscaping of the property
- Maintaining all Health & Safety requirements of the Community and Community Buildings
- Ensuring ongoing communication with your manager
- Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of work area, tools and equipment.
- Respond to requests from manager with courtesy and in a timely manner
- Interact with community residents with patience and courtesy
- Other duties as required

**What you bring to the table**:

- Must have valid G-class driver’s license; Clean Driver’s Abstract required
