POSITION TITLE: Kinesiologist / Physiotherapy Assistant

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are a growing healthcare organization with several clinics within the Greater Toronto Area. Our organization provides a wide spectrum of medical services and products within the healthcare industry.

We are currently looking for a Kinesiologist / Physiotherapy Assistant to join our Multidisciplinary clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join a growing healthcare organization and build their career.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessing a patient's physical abilities and needs
- Developing a treatment plan according to the patient's individualized needs
- Help in implementing programs including therapeutic exercise, manipulations, education, and the use of electro-therapy
- Therapeutic and other mechanical equipment and hydrotherapy
- Providing injury prevention and health promotion

QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists.
- Performance oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Commitment to quality care and service delivery
- An interest in helping people with physical disabilities and injuries
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary health care team

SALARY RANGE: Based on experience.
