Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team at Sunday Hair Cut & Colour Club. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will be responsible for handling transactions, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as they enter the salon.

Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

Assist in booking appointments and confirming client bookings as needed.

Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Keep track of daily sales and report to management as needed.

Assist with light administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cashier, front desk associate, or in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn.

Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
