**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage time effectively will contribute to the overall success of our café.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling safety standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold company standards for product quality and presentation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.10 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
