Cleaning Subcontractor

**We are looking for a**_**subcontractor**_ to join us for early mornings, evenings, and weekend work as needed.

The work varies between types of buildings including offices, commercial building common areas, and some other facilities. Our buildings range from 1.5 to 5 hours in

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**1. Have flexible availability and experience with commercial cleaning**

**2. Must have your own general liability insurance and commercial auto insurance**

**3. You need your own car and cell phone with a data plan**

**4. You must provide your own tools and supplies (see below compensation)**

**5. Comfortable working alone and with others**

**6. Be physically fit -**lift up to 40 lbs, squat, twist, carry, kneel...

**7. Be reliable and consistent**(see compensation)

**COMPENSATION**

**Contract Information**

**A subcontractor**Is required to provide their own general liability insurance and commercial auto insurance.

A subcontractor must submit an invoice to the Company for hours worked and the hours worked may not exceed the scheduled hours for each location.

Taxes are not deducted for subcontractors - this is your responsibility. You will be provided with a T5018 for your taxes each year.

You will be required to sign a contract with the details of our agreement.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

- Do you understand that this is a subcontractor position, and not an employee position so you will be responsible for all of your own taxes and deductions and will only be paid for the time you spend on site, which is at a significantly higher rate than an employee may be paid as you are considered to be operating a business?
