**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and track ingoing/outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor and optimize the supply chain process to improve overall performance and

cost-effectiveness.
- Manage logistics documentation, including purchase orders, shipping manifests, and

inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
- Help develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal/external team members to resolve inventory and logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and perform regular audits.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Entering customer orders

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Post Secondary Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics and inventory management. (1-3 years)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Sage 300 would be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
