Get ready for your technical career to reach new heights Utilize your customer support experience to provide excellent first-level product usage, technical, and account administration support for Phreesia's clients. Challenge yourself by effectively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, executing configuration changes, assisting with product navigation, and escalating issues.
Broaden your skills by immediately gaining exposure to various technologies. The Technical Associate will have opportunties to collaborate with senior resources and grow their product knowledge. After at least 12 months in the role, Technical Associates have exciting advancement opportunities within support, deployment, business systems and operations, management, and more
What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding experience to customers throughout support process
- Act as both Subject Matter Expert and product Super User for existing client base
- Troubleshoot by using required tools and checklist resources to properly understand and problem-solve reported issues
- Effectively document and gather information about all reported issues and escalate through Phreesia ticketing software
- Work collaboratively with additional senior resources to drive product understanding and knowledge
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in a technical or customer support role
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a Windows environment
- Willingness to learn message transformation and exchange between disparate systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
