As the Loss Prevention Coordinator, you will contribute to Laura’s success by providing administrative support and ensuring proper coordination between the Loss Prevention Department, Head Office teams and stores.

**How will you support the team?**
- Coordinate and account for all loss prevention equipment including keys and alarm systems.
- Work with Construction team for new store locations and renovations.
- Provide customer support to stores.
- Maintain the Loss Prevention Manual.
- Report on bi-annual store losses.
- Maintain the log of LP incidents, thefts, internal and external.
- Receive and review LP audits, control logs and incident reports.
- Prepare analyses for audits.

**Qualifications** The people who thrive with us have**:

- Minimum 3 years in an administrative or coordinator position
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsfot Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken to efficiently communicate with all internal partners)
