Field Service Technician

**Job**:Field Service Engineer

Maplejet coding and marking is looking for a “Field Service Technician” to deliver the desired customer service experience to our clients. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation and demonstration of industrial printing equipment.
- Involvement in product packing, logistics, and Inventory, etc.
- Various other activities around the company such as production assembly (if required)
- Demonstration at the customer’s site (sales lead), logistics, and preparation to participate in any exhibition/trade show

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work both independently and multi-disciplinary teams
- Valid Ontario driving License and willing to travel upon request
- Detail oriented and eager to learn

**Academic Qualification**:

- A college certificate in Electro Mechanics is preferred.
