**About us**

Beauty Room is a boutique spa located in trendy Liberty Village. We offer a wide range of luxurious spa and medical esthetic treatments including facials, laser treatments, lash lifts, eyebrow services including henna and lamination, cosmetic tattoos and injections, registered massage therapy, manicures and pedicures, waxing, and threading.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in the spa or hospitality industry
- Strong client service skills and impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter and self-motivator; must be able to work with the team and independently
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively; have strong organization skills
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Computer literate and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Spa Software use
- Punctual; must be available until 7 pm on weekdays and Saturdays
- Knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and checking in clients
- Taking photos and videos for Instagram
- Client satisfaction follow-up calls
- Provide and assist clients with products, services, promotions
- Assist spa owner with her day-to-day operations such as planning promotions, scheduling, maintain inventory, implement and follow company policies, and miscellaneous administrative duties
- Assist service providers with preparing for their next clients
- Light cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and helping with sanitizing the spa
