**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance to any customer who enters the dealership or sales lot
- Determine customer wants and needs
- Dedication to excel in customer expectation
- Daily routines include full implementation of our sales process
- Actively prospect new customers on a continuous basis
- Keep up-to-date product knowledge of all our products and services
- Provide test drives when required
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Participate in training programs

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year in sales experience (preferred, but not required)
- 18+ years old
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Experience with CRM an asset
- Valid Driver's License
- Required AMVIC Certification (can be obtained after hire)
