**Job Title**: Supply Chain Analyst (Fab)
**Reports To**: Regional Material Group Leader

**Essential Functions**:
- Project identification, best practice, and status updates for Internal Logistics and Warehousing Optimization
- Global report preparation and documentation of historical performance
- Onsite support for plant locations when implementing new ILWO initiatives
- Continuously analyze and monitor safety stock levels while maintaining inventory budget targets
- Collaborate and maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
- Responsible for managing the cycle count process, procedure and accuracy as related to stores/spares/components per minimum controls.
- Coordinate semi-annual physical inventory count (per minimum controls) and monthly inventory counts of stores/spares warehouse with Materials Group Leader and Materials Supervisor.
- Proficient in the use of all supplier internet-based interfaces related to EDI and GLT.
- Aid in development and regular update of central supply chain reports to be a point of reference for plants and other departments.
- Manage listing of asset tooling, age, and physical location by program and original production location
- CASS billing management, data, and systems management
- Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles
- Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Supply Chain.
- Previous Tier One automotive experience desired.
- Strong communications and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer skills
**Qualifications Desired**:
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with quality management systems
