We're looking for a Maintenance and Installation Manager for our Drummondville site. Do you have experience in personnel management? Are you familiar with preventive maintenance? If you have a good knowledge of manufacturing equipment in the printing sector and a good understanding of mechanical and electromechanical engineering, we have the ideal position for you

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and organize operations and own daily activities to ensure operations is running efficiently and within the company's standards (time, cost, etc.)
- Provide mentorship, support and training to employees
- Supervise the team and ensure that preventive maintenance programs are maintained
- Ensure that all employees maintain the premises and work environment to meet plant safety objectives
- Respect and enforce company policies and procedures
- Participate in the preparation, analysis and distribution of performance indicator reports
- Plan, develop and stimulate improvements in methods, products, equipment and any other applicable areas
- Develop and ensure adherence to the annual maintenance budget
- Responsible for building maintenance
- All other related duties as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing/print environment, with previous experience managing teams
- DEC in mechanical or industrial engineering (or other relevant training), with a Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering an asset
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment in the printing sector
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical engineering
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
- Must be Bilingual in English and French
- Autonomy, judgment and excellent decision-making skills
- Technical Skills : Autocad, Excel, Inventor 3D
