**Skill Requirements**: Technical training and/or Knowledge of Heavy Equipment Parts.
**Languages**: English but bilingual would be an asset
**Parts Specialization**: Heavy equipment, Small engines and generators, Manufacturing equipment
**Specific Skills**:
- Work with customers and mechanics to fill parts requirements
- Prepare invoices for all over the counter sales, and house requisitions for all parts that are issued to the shops.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels, receiving and shipping parts, and in issuing local purchase orders.
- Work with outside salesmen to fill the customer’s parts requirements in order to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance in the customer parts area and parts warehouse.
- Update and maintain master parts and price books.
- Prepare information for the Parts Manager on parts which may be required for inventory.
- **Ability to work in a group environment**:
- **Ability to adapt to changing schedules and hours if required**:
- **Knowledge of heavy duty equipment parts experience an asset**:
- **Ability to learn and adapt to multiple data, information and lookup systems used by different vendors**:
- **Operate forklift, pallet jacks indoor and outdoor environment**:
- **Shipping and receiving**:
- **Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots**:
- **Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, whatever deems necessary**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Parts ordering: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
