Assists the Pharmacist in preparing and distributing prescribed medications to patients.

**Requirements**:

- More than 1 year experience
- Kroll software knowledge

**Responsibilities**
- Entering and filling prescriptions for the Pharmacist to Verify
- Alerting the pharmacist to actual and potential drug therapy related problems
- Verifying inventory counts
- Providing patient care and customer service
- Billing all medications accordingly

**Qualifications**
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills (**KROLL EXPERIENCE)**
- Attention to detail
- Able to time manage efficiently
- Ability to properly prioritize patients

**Multilingual**
- Vietnamese (High Demand)
- Arabic
- Italian

**Customer Experience**
- Greeting patients in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer concerns and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
