**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in hair colouring
- In-depth knowledge of various colour techniques and brands
- Strong colour correction skills, with experience in fixing complex colour problems
- A clean and organized work ethic, with attention to detail and ability to maintain a tidy workspace
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- Possesses innate, natural talent for colour
- Has a genuine passion for color, with a drive to continuously create and innovate
- Takes pride in their work, viewing it not just as a job, but as a calling
