**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Develop, implement, and manage complex financial models to support strategic business decisions.**:
- ** Translate complex financial data into simplified, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.**:
- ** Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.**:
- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities.**:
- ** Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.**:
- ** Lead the development and implementation of best practices in financial management and operations.**:
- ** Present financial reports, findings, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.**:
**Qualifications**:
- ** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.**:
- ** MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.**:
- ** Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.**:
- ** Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.**:
- ** Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.**:
- ** Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to drive financial planning and business operations.**:
