**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a **Team Lead** who brings positive energy, takes ownership of projects, solves problems with a cool head, and leads with care and professionalism. **What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading a small crew (2-3 painters) on interior, exterior, and popcorn removal projects
- Managing job site setup, workflow, and cleanup to ensure professional presentation
- Communicating effectively with customers and team members to keep projects on track
- Troubleshooting and solving minor site issues independently and efficiently
- Supporting a culture of **care, accountability, and team success**

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience with popcorn ceiling removal, cabinet painting, or specialty coatings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with ladders, Festool sanders, or airless sprayers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Additional pay:
