**Job description**

The person in this role will be responsible for assisting the yard manager with inventory, and assisting the shop manager with maintaining organization of all of our small tools. Daily tasks would include:

- loading and unloading trucks of lumber.
- Daily inventory spot checks to maintain high accuracy
- Keeping the small tool area clean and organized, notifying the appropriate manager when levels are low
- General shop organization
- tool organization on each production line

**Key Responsibilities**:

- daily/weekly lumber inventory counts
- Forklift operating
- unloading and loading truck
- Tool area management
- maintaining minimum levels of small tools required for daily operations
- General shop organization

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of forklift experience
- **Skills**: organized, self starter. forklifting, excel
- **Detail-Oriented**: Ability to maintain high levels of organization
- **Teamwork**: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative work.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
