The Opportunity - Product Analyst
What You'll Do As A/an
Use data to help the product team develop their strategic priorities
Conduct analyses to uncover key insights, recommendations, and opportunities.
Use your SQL skills to perform complex joins and gather the data you need.
Filter, clean, and transform the data as needed
Use statistical techniques to analyze and explore the data
Interpret and communicate key findings clearly and accurately
Create dashboards to report on core performance metrics
What You'll Bring To The Role
Consult directly with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, scope & execute
Execute analyses to understand the customer experience
Assist the Product team in developing UX based Goals, Signals and Metrics
Work with Product Managers and Designers to develop A/B testing strategies
Analyze the behaviour of customers as they use the product, features, and platforms
You'll Stand Out If You Bring Experience In
Advanced knowledge of SQL & Python/R or similar
1-3 years in data analytics and/or business intelligence
Quantitative background with strong analytical skill set
Experience using a dashboarding tool such as Looker (plus), Tableau, etc.
