Opportunity knocks at Scott's Quality Lawn Care as we are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the very important position of a Residential Snow Removal Labourer for the remainder of the season. If we are happy with your performance, we are also looking for one or two more individuals to fill a position on our spray crews and/or lawn mowing crews. If you are exceptional, employment could be long term. For the winter (or spring) portion of this job you and your crew leader will be responsible for approximately 35-40 residential customers. **You must be available everyday** if it happens to snow. Our snow contracts run until April 30th. More details on the lawn season work can be discussed in an interview.

**The Snow Removal portion of this job description is as follows**:
Although the job says full time, **hours will be solely based on snowfall.** You will work when it snows. With that said, it is not unusual to not work at all in a week and then work a full 40 hours the next week. 20 hours per week tends to be a good average for this position. You will need to keep your phone on you at all times if we hire you for this position so you are able to make it into work at a moment's notice.

**The Spring/Summer portion of this position will be discussed in an interview.**
