As a Professional, Residential Cleaner, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential clients. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a spotless and sanitized living space will make a significant impact on our clients' lives.

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned promptly.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in good working order.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to client requests.
- Uphold company values and maintain a positive and respectful demeanor during client interactions. Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks following our company's cleaning checklist.

**Qualifications**:

- Drive your own vehicle to clients' locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a nice-to-have skill.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings as needed.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must be able to provide a police check.
