We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client located in Woodbridge. Their industry is a leading wholesaler of prefabricated modular kitchen and bath cabinets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collect feedback from customers to enhance our products, services, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.

**Requirements**:

- Customer Service experience is a must.
- Bilingual: Mandarin & English is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Location**: Woodbridge

**Working Hours**: 8 am to 5 pm (Mon - Fri)

**Pay**: $40,000 -$45,000 per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:
