**Fitting Room Associate/Supervisor Job Description**

At Mark’s, we help our customers look and feel their best for work, life, and everything in between. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fitting Room Associate / Supervisor.

**Position Overview**:
The Fitting Room Associate / Supervisor plays an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience. This role is responsible for maintaining the fitting room area, assisting customers with sizes and product information, ensuring merchandise is organized and secure, and supporting the sales floor team as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
⦁ Customer service: Greet customers, help them find different sizes or styles, and answer questions about products.

⦁ Manage the fitting room area to ensure cleanliness, organization and free of clutter

⦁ Keep track of stock and help with inventory flow and loss prevention

⦁ Offer assistance with sizing, product recommendations, and alternate options

⦁ Maintain merchandise standards (folding, hanging, replenishment)

⦁ Support sales associates with restocking and recovery

⦁ Ensure all items entering and leaving the fitting room are accounted for and returned to the sales floor properly

⦁ Train and lead others in fitting room standards and best practices (Supervisor level)

⦁ Uphold Mark’s brand standards and store policies.

**Qualifications**:
⦁ Strong customer service and communication skills

⦁ Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

⦁ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

⦁ Previous retail or supervisory experience is an asset

⦁ Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

⦁ Organization: Ability to keep a busy area clean and orderly

⦁ Physical stamina: Required for standing, walking, and handling merchandise

⦁ Product knowledge: Knowledge of fashion trends and clothing styles can be beneficial for providing advice.
