**Requirements**:

- BSW/BISW/MPsych or other relevant degree and registration with an appropriate governing body
- A minimum of 2 years post-educational experience working with youth and adults in a counselling setting, with a focus on working with individuals with a history of trauma
- Experience with bereavement would be an asset
- Proficiency in intake, assessment, file management, case planning, etc
- Experience collaborating and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordination of services to clients
- Strong team work capacity, highly organized, and capable of managing varied demands
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor
- Computer competencies
- Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector screening
