Program Manager, Electronic Contract Manufacturing

- The Program Manager is required to be in the office Monday to Friday
- All employees are required to be present in the office

Program Manager
Our client, a well established electronic contract manufacturer is looking for a Program Manager to manage their client relationships for key accounts, functioning as a single point of contact for the client. The Program Manager works as part of a larger team with engineers, managers, technicians, and support personnel and is accountable for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the organization's on assigned production orders from inception through completion.
Summary of Responsibilities
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
? Manage and develop client relationships and expectations for key accounts,
functioning as a main point of contact for the client
? Work as part of a larger team with engineers, managers, technicians, and support
personnel
? Manage cost estimates, pricing, planning, and completion of assigned production
orders from inception through completion.
**Requirements**:
? Bachelor's degree
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program/account management within a
manufacturing environment
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
? Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
