**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding and managing our new LMS platform.
- Build the platform, tailored to business needs
- Ensuring weekly onboarding tasks are done and the platform can get launched within the year with full content.
- Train internal stakeholders on the use of the LMS platform
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement
- Creating and developing video content and presentations for training, branding, marketing, and communications
- Organizing, managing and completing projects to improve communication companywide
- Client relations and internal communications (campaigns, programs, news releases, etc)
- Development and design of marketing/sales materials

General:

- You may be involved with other miscellaneous tasks/projects as required
- Participation in the development of content for our website and social media
- Work cooperatively to foster a harmonious working relationship with all co-workers
- You would be responsible for completing reports and other paperwork as associated with these projects and as assigned.
- You would be required to complete weekly task lists and schedules and would have weekly meetings with your manager

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or another relevant post-secondary education
- Basic skills for using Adobe Creative (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, etc)
- Have a working knowledge of social media in a business setting (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design, video editing and creative skills an asset Advanced skills working with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and any other software systems

**Compensation, Work Environment & Perks**:

- Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Office space at the head office but expected to work outdoors in the field to capture content
- $55,000 -$70,000
