**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or sales management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Proven track record of upselling products and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
