To accelerate our momentum, we are looking for a Project Manager who is a highly motivated, self starter. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of embedded partnership projects with some of the largest HR vendors on the market.

Your mission will be to bring these projects to life, working with teams and individuals from different departments and diverse backgrounds. With each successful project your impact will be felt organization-wide as you help enable thousands of companies across the globe to begin their analytics journey.

What You'll be Doing...:

- Critical thinker and creative problem solver

- Highly effective communicator, with ability to convey complex ideas simply to different audiences
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage scope in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and motivate multi disciplined teams, ensuring alignment and focus on key goals and objectives
- Ability to de-escalate tense and complex situations through collaboration
- Ability to identify potential problems and risks proactively, takes initiative to monitor, mitigate and resolve challenges as early as possible
- Build and cultivate positive relationships within teams through empathy and understanding
- Concisely report and articulate key project updates to management and executives on a regular basis
- Create/maintain project plans, scope statements, risk management plans, etc.
- Continuous learning on Visier technologies, solutions and processes

The impact you'll have...:

- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Minimum 5 years experience managing multiple concurrent implementation projects. Preferably in the SaaS space
- Experience and confidence working with senior level stakeholders and executives in large companies
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to keep track of many deliverables, across multiple work streams, across different projects
- Experience working with PMP Methodology
- Certification in Project Management an asset
