Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve our guests' and manage all aspects of their accommodations. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for registering the guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you enjoy working in customer service and have work experience in the hotel industry, we would like to work with you. Our goal is to create a pleasant environment and a memorable stay for our guests. Upon selection paid training will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online, phone and third party reservations
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk and common areas
**Skills**:
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree in hotel management is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
