Our Winnipeg location offers traditional self-storage, portable storage, boat & RV parking, and is a container depot.

**Job Description - Who we are looking for to join the team**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Maintains a positive and professional demeanour.
- Look for creative solutions to assist clients with their storage needs.
- Build excellent relationships with existing customers, vendors, and service partners.
- Detail-oriented and accurately maintains client accounts.
- Dispatch containers and work with the local center for logistics.
- AR/Collections for unpaid accounts.
- Cleans and maintains vacant storage lockers as required.
- Routinely inspect the entire facility and property for cleanliness, security breaches, and maintenance requirements for the yard, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Seasonal Landscaping includes snow removal, lawn maintenance and driveway maintenance.
- Vehicle inspections, reporting and maintenance
- Ensure safety and compliance align with WCB and company policies.
- Loads & unloads products as required, understanding load security.
- Support sales and management with ideas on maintaining and growing the business.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Front Loader certificate, preferred.
- Property Management, Landscaping or Yard Maintenance Experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Ability to learn new computer programs.
- MS Office - Outlook, Excel and Teams
- Ability to build relationships with clients, vendors and business partners.
- Able to learn online systems quickly and maintain inventory accurately.
- Accounts Receivable/Collections experience an asset.
- Dispatch experience is considered an asset
- A forklift license or skid steer experience is considered an asset.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
