**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with unions to fill open positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent in construction trades (e.g., Operators, Deck Engineers, Welders, Deckhands, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements.
- Maintain a talent pipeline of skilled trade professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and industry associations.
- Stay up to date on labor market trends and best practices in trade recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the construction or skilled trades industry.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and skilled trade roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
