We are a good sized vibrant family run company and require a well rounded Wood Finisher individual that can finish all of our millwork using water based stains and lacquers.

**Primary Duties**

- A full complement of equipment including a half spray booth and Sames Kremlin spraying systems are currently installed at our shop, with potential to add to equipment needed.
- Inspect, sand, fill and prep wood veneer and solid wood surfaces (MDF in some cases), and prepare for finishing.
- Some shading/tinting needs where veneer plywood meet solids to match colour.
- Finishing surfaces include, wine storage cabinets (diamond and case storage), ladder wine racking solids, and paneling.
- Maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspace
- Touch up finished materials as required for quality control
- Maintain a high level of finish quality

**Qualifications**

- 3+ years of experience as a wood spray/finisher.
- Knowledge of lacquers, paints and stain products.
- Capable of heavy lifting.
- Detail and quality oriented. Capable of maintaining a consistent, high level of quality.
- Team player with a good attitude that takes pride in their work.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Detailed oriented.
- Highly organized and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.
