Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a **Lot Attendant **to join the team at **401 Dixie Kia**.
- Available Full-time including evenings and Saturday’s.
- G or G2 License with a clean driving record

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange and organize vehicles on the lot to maximize space and enhance the overall appearance.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and report any damages or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled with pricing and other required information.
- Participate in vehicle delivery; wash and gas the vehicle before schedule delivery.
- Participate in dealer trades, or other driving duties.
- Perform regular lot maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, trash removal, and snow removal during inclement weather.
- Ability to drive and operate standard transmission vehicles.
- Aptitude for customer relations.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be hardworking and organized, and able to work in outdoor conditions year-round.
- Ability to provide meticulous work.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- One (1) year previous detailing experience.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
