**FOOD INDUSTRY COMPANY LOOKING FOR A HIGH-VOLUME FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Leads a team to accomplish tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
- Prepares high volume quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
- Ensure traceability and food safety by tracking lot codes and temperatures. Responsible for records from items and area worked during shifts.
- Practice proper labeling and ensuring product is being used FIFO.
- Maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat. Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
- Operates and maintains equipments as instructed.
- Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
- Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
- Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to supervisor immediately.
- Attends in-service and safety meetings.
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Work Experience**:

- 2 years of experience in High Volume Food Production environment preferred

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Understanding of large-scale production and assembly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 70 lb.
- Understanding of HACCP and basic food safety standards
- Clear understanding of Hospitality and Service and the Customer Experience
- Diverse/multi-cultural Interpersonal Skills
- Process Oriented and Results Driven
- Knowledgeable in the latest food production techniques
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environment
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
