Job Duties may include, but are not restricted to:

- Providing Constant Watch to patients who may be a flight risk or considered a danger to themselves or others
- Providing excellent customer service to both the client and patients
- Emergency Response
- Access Control
- Patrolling of designated Area
- Monitoring and Controlling Video surveillance systems
- Alarm Response
- Radio Check Ins
- Report Writing
- Flagging Safety Hazards
- Visual Deterrence
- Coordinating and liaising with the police or emergency personnel when required
- Flagging any breach of security to the Account Management immediately through the proper channels.
