**HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT**

The HR assistant will provide support to the Human Resources department and participate in the various administrative activities.

This position is 100% based at our office in Boisbriand (map).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with the recruitment process;
- Oversee the training sessions and completion of internal onboarding procedures;
- Create and/or update the necessary selection tools (interview questionnaires, evaluation grid, etc.);
- Participate in the health and safety prevention;
- Write and send out internal communications;
- Collaborate in the organization of corporate events for employees;
- Meet with employees and follow up on group insurance files;
- Maintain all employee files up to date;
- Handle short translation requests.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Certificate in Human Resources or related field;
- Minimum 2 years in HR in the manufacturing industry - preferred;
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- High level of professionalism and positive attitude, must be able to use discretion and confidentiality;
- Have excellent teamwork skills;
- Excellent English and French communication skills - both verbal and written.

**BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS**
- Permanent full-time position;
- Salary: $40,000 to $48,000 -according on skills and experience;
