**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:
As the Manager, Digital Merchandising, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising & Campaigns to execute all Arc’teryx seasonal merchandise strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can create product merchandising plans that balance brand storytelling initiatives with sales data to meet Ecommerce growth targets and brand platform goals. You will create measurable testing scenarios to validate strategy, efficiency, and impact while actively seeking input from cross-functional departments. You have experience working with product line plans, seasonal merchandise calendars, and an understanding of outfitting within product assortments. You are a detail-oriented team player with an aptitude for problem-solving, experience in digital merchandising, and excellent organizational skills.

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.

Please note this is a temporary role until June 2026.

**Meet Your Future Team**:
**If you were the Manager, Digital Merchandising now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:
- Creating, managing and delivering data-driven site merchandising strategies focusing on year-on-year sales growth, conversion, and engagement across Arc'teryx and Outlet sites
- Analyzing and deriving insights for product, and campaign performance supporting brand, marketing, and revenue goals
- Utilizing reporting, and analysis to share merchandising insights with cross-functional teams, and lead the digital merchandising team to implement changes based on insight
- Managing in-season execution of product flow for assigned product categories using online merchandising best practises and tools
- Developing Product recommendation strategies through reporting analysis, and A/B testing
- Optimizing search by conducting frequent audits, rule optimization and analysis on top key search terms with and without results
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Site Merchandising Specialists, & Coordinators
- Leading the function and development of Digital Merchandising Tools and vendor relationships

- Leading and developing a team of digital merchandisers to focus on category growth, and localization

**Are you our next Manager, Digital Merchandising?**:
- You have 5+ years of Product Merchandising and Search Experience
- You have experience using Digital Merchandising and Search management software
- You have strong organizational and analytical skills
- You have strong communication skills and are confident communicating with cross-functional teams
- You are proficient with digital analytics programs such as Adobe Analytics
- You have an aptitude for learning and working with various web technologies.
- You are confident managing multiple projects and making timely decisions
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

$106,000 - $146,000 a year

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$106,000 - CAD$146,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
